This beast grew to be so big that no ordinary chains could hold him apparently he was one of the 3 children from the god Loki. When this dog got stronger the gods started to fear for their lives. When he broke free from his iron chains he was finally put on his leash by a magical ribbon called Glepnir. It is said that he will escape at Ragnorak  (the end of the world), and he will eat the sun and kill Odin, the king of the Norse gods. Fenrir's jaws grew so big that his bottom jaw could touch the ground. His legs he walked over mountains and span over lakes and when he was on his never ending journey for food, the ground shook with each paw step.
